Home automation is sold on trust and demonstrated work. A homeowner spending lakhs on lighting, curtains and security wants to see what you have installed before, understand roughly what a package costs, and book a survey without three days of phone tag. A small, well-structured site does all three.
Sell outcomes, not components
- Packages by room or system — lighting, curtains, security, entertainment
- Indicative tiers (1BHK / 2BHK / villa) with what is included in each
- Brands and protocols you work with, for buyers who research
- Retrofit versus new-construction, which changes the job entirely
Let the portfolio do the selling
Publish past installations with before-and-after photos, the systems used and the property type, grouped so a visitor finds their own scenario fast. This matters more than a price list — automation buyers are choosing an installer, not a product.
Site surveys as booked appointments
Precise quotes need a site visit. Publish your availability and let customers book a timed slot using the booking engine — configurable duration, blackout dates for on-site days, and no double-booking. Confirmations and reminders go out over SMS, email and WhatsApp on eligible plans.
Advances and stage payments
Take the advance by direct UPI into your own bank account or through your own Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal or Cashfree account on paid plans, and record the material and completion stages against the order. Storzu charges no per-order commission, and you can issue GST invoices where applicable.
