Appliance buyers arrive already half-researched. They know roughly which model they want and they are checking whether you have it, what it costs, and who installs it. A catalog that answers those three things converts far better than a photo dump on WhatsApp.
List the specifications buyers cross-check
- Model number and brand, exactly as printed on the box
- Capacity (litres, kg), wattage, and star rating where applicable
- Warranty period, and whether it is brand or dealer warranty
- Colour and capacity as variants, each with its own price and stock
Sell installation and service, not just the box
Chimneys, purifiers, geysers and ACs all involve fitting. List installation, demo and annual servicing as their own offerings with clear charges, and take service visits as booked slots so your technician's day is planned instead of improvised.
Checkout for small, enquiry for big
Mixers and fans sell fine through a normal cart. Refrigerators and washing machines usually need one conversation first — stock, delivery date, exchange value — so take those as enquiries and close on WhatsApp. Accept COD, direct UPI, or online payments through your own gateway with no per-order commission.
What it costs
