Put Your Kirana or Grocery Store Online

List each item once, add every pack size it comes in, and let customers order with a delivery slot that suits them — paying by UPI or cash, straight to you.

In short

Storzu puts a kirana or grocery shop online with its own ordering website. List each item once and add every pack size as a variant — 1kg, 5kg, 25kg — then take orders with delivery time slots, direct UPI or cash. Pack-size variants are included on every plan, and Storzu charges no commission on an order.

One item, every pack size

Rice at 1kg, 5kg and 25kg is not three products. It is one listing with three pack sizes, each with its own price and stock count — and pack-size variants are included on every Storzu plan, including Free.

That matters more here than anywhere else on Storzu, because it is what makes a catalogue cap survivable: your product count is the number of items you sell, not the number of packets on the shelf.

What Storzu does not do yet

Grocery is the hardest fit of any business on Storzu, and you should know the gaps before you spend an evening on this rather than after.

  • No per-area delivery zones. You can set a local fee, an all-India fee, and a value above which delivery is free — but not different charges by pincode or locality.
  • No minimum order value. The free-delivery figure is a threshold, not a floor: a smaller order can still be placed.
  • No one-tap reorder.Returning customers browse and order again. If your trade is mostly repeat monthly lists, weigh that before you start.

What you do get: delivery time slots your customers choose, a free-delivery threshold, pack sizes on every plan, CSV import for the first big upload, direct UPI and cash, and no commission on anything you sell.

Questions shop owners ask

How do I list the same item in different pack sizes?

As variants of one product, not as separate listings. Rice at 1kg, 5kg and 25kg is a single item with three pack sizes, each with its own price and stock. Variants are included on every plan including Free, so your catalogue goes much further than the product count suggests.

My shop has hundreds of items. Will they fit?

Not all at once, and it is better to be straight about that. The Free plan covers 10 products, Growth 50, Growth Plus 200 and Pro 500. Two things make that workable: pack sizes are variants rather than separate products, and most kirana orders concentrate on a few dozen fast movers. Start with what actually sells and add depth as you go.

Can I upload my item list in bulk?

Yes. There is a CSV import for adding many items at once rather than typing them in one by one — which is the difference between an afternoon and a fortnight when you are putting a shop online.

Can customers pick a delivery time?

Yes. You define your delivery windows — morning, evening, whatever you actually run — and the customer picks one at checkout. It appears on your storefront as its own section, so the slots are visible before they order rather than negotiated afterwards.

Can I set a delivery charge, or free delivery over a certain amount?

Yes. You can set a local delivery fee, an all-India fee, and a rupee value above which delivery is free. To be precise about the limits: Storzu does not currently support per-area delivery zones, and the free-delivery figure is a threshold — it does not block a smaller order from being placed.

Do repeat customers get a one-tap reorder?

Not today. A returning customer browses and orders again, and their past orders and details are in your dashboard, but there is no saved-basket reorder button yet. If your trade is mostly repeat monthly lists, that is worth knowing before you start.

How do customers pay?

Direct UPI and cash on delivery work on the Free plan — which is what most kirana customers use anyway. Connecting an online gateway is available from Growth (₹199/month). Money settles into your own account and Storzu takes no commission on any plan.
