A Salon Website That Books Its Own Appointments

Publish your service menu with real prices and durations, set how many chairs can take the same slot, and let clients book themselves — instead of calling during a colour.

In short

Storzu gives a salon or barbershop its own website with booking built in. Publish your service menu with prices and durations, set how many chairs can take the same time slot, and let clients book themselves instead of calling. Payments settle to your own account and Storzu takes no commission on a booking.

Booking that knows you have more than one chair

Most free booking tools assume one person taking one appointment at a time. A salon does not work like that: at 2pm on a Saturday you might have three stylists free and one chair left.

Storzu lets you set the capacity of each time slot to match who is actually working, and enforces it on the server — so the last chair cannot go to two people who tapped at the same second.

What you get

A service menu, not a price list
Each service carries its own price and duration, so the calendar knows a balayage is not a trim.
Several chairs, one time slot
Set capacity per slot to match how many people are actually working. Enforced server-side, so the last chair cannot be double-booked.
Your hours, your days off
Working hours plus blackout dates. Clients never see a slot you would have had to call back and cancel.
Clients and history in one place
Every booking keeps the client's details, so you are not scrolling texts to find who is due a colour refresh.
Staff accounts when you grow
Growth Plus adds 2 staff logins with per-area permissions, so the front desk does not need your password.

Two things to know before you start

  • Booking deposits are not supported.Storzu has deposits for stays and rentals, not for appointments. A salon booking is a reservation, not a prepayment — so if no-shows are your main problem, weigh that first.
  • Card payments start on Growth. The Free plan publishes your site and takes bookings, but card checkout through your own Stripe or PayPal account — along with your own domain and SEO tools — begins at $9.99/month.

Questions salon owners ask

Can several stylists be booked at the same time?

Yes. Each time slot has a capacity you set, so if three chairs are working at 2pm, three clients can book 2pm. Simple calendar links assume one person and one appointment — this does not, which is the difference between a booking page and a booking system.

Can clients book without calling?

That is the point. You publish your service menu and your hours, and clients pick from slots that are actually open. Capacity is enforced on the server, so two people cannot take the last chair at the same moment.

Can I take a deposit when someone books?

Not today, and it is worth knowing upfront. Storzu supports deposits for stays and rentals, not for appointments — so a salon booking is a reservation, not a prepayment. If no-shows are your main problem, that gap matters more than anything else on this page.

How do clients pay?

Card checkout through your own Stripe or PayPal account starts on the Growth plan ($9.99/month) — money settles to you, and Storzu takes no commission on any plan. On the Free plan you can publish the site and take bookings, but not card payments, so most salons pay in the chair to begin with.

Can I block out holidays and days off?

Yes. Blackout dates remove a day or a range from availability entirely, and your working hours cover the rest. Clients only see slots you would actually accept.

What does it cost to start?

The Free plan is $0 with no card — 10 services and 30 bookings a month, which is enough to run a real chair. Growth ($9.99/month) adds your own domain, card checkout and SEO tools. Growth Plus ($19.99/month) adds 2 staff accounts with their own permissions, which is where a multi-stylist salon usually lands.

Stop taking bookings mid-blowout

Put your menu and your hours online once, and let the chair fill itself.
