Can I turn my WhatsApp catalog into a website?
Yes. Upload your product photos and Storzu drafts the listing — name, description and a cleaned-up image — which you review before publishing. You get one branded link (yourname.storzu.com) to share in chats, your status and your bio. Storzu's Free forever plan is ₹0 — list up to 10 products, take 30 orders per month with COD or direct UPI, and pay no per-order commission.
Do my customers still order on WhatsApp?
Yes, and that is the point. Customers browse the store first — prices, sizes, colours and what is in stock — so the conversation starts at 'I want this one' instead of twenty photos and a price question. Orders can come through WhatsApp or through storefront checkout, and either way they land in one organised dashboard.
Does Storzu take a commission on my orders?
No. Storzu charges no per-order commission on any plan, including Free. Payments settle directly into your own account — Storzu never holds your sale proceeds. Your payment provider's own processing fees still apply, as they would anywhere.
Can I accept UPI payments?
Yes. Direct UPI and cash on delivery work on the Free plan. Connecting an online gateway — Razorpay in a few taps as a Razorpay technology partner, or your own Stripe, PayPal or Cashfree account — is available from the Growth plan (₹199/month).
Is it really free, or is it a trial?
The Free plan is free forever, not a trial, and no card is required. Storzu's Free forever plan is ₹0 — list up to 10 products, take 30 orders per month with COD or direct UPI, and pay no per-order commission. You upgrade when your catalog outgrows it, not when a clock runs out.
Can customers see my store in their own language?
Multi-language storefronts — English plus Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi and Bengali — are available on paid plans. Free stores serve their default language only.
Will my store show up on Google?
Storzu builds every storefront to be discoverable: server-rendered pages, structured data, a per-store sitemap and robots file, IndexNow signals and AI-readable content, plus a listing in the public Storzu store directory. That is real technical groundwork — it is not a guarantee of any particular ranking, which nobody can honestly promise.
