A Website That Takes Its Own Appointments

Publish your services and your availability, and let clients pick a slot that is genuinely free — instead of trading messages to find one. Slots or tokens, capacity you control, and no double-booking.

In short

Storzu gives a service business a website that takes its own appointments. Publish your services and availability, and clients pick a free slot themselves — with timed slots or a token queue, per-slot capacity, blackout dates and double-booking prevention. It works on the free plan, and Storzu takes no commission on a booking.

What the booking system handles

Timed slots or a token queue
Fixed appointments with a duration you set, or numbered tokens for a consulting session — whichever matches how you actually work.
Capacity per slot
One client at a time, or several where that is genuine. Enforced on the server, so it holds under simultaneous bookings.
Blackout dates
Take a day or a range out of availability. Clients never see a slot you would have had to decline.
No double-booking
Two people cannot take the same slot, however close together they tap.
Reminders and records
Confirmations and reminders go out, and every booking keeps the client's details in one dashboard.

Regulated practices

Doctors, advocates and chartered accountants are governed by professional bodies that restrict what a practice website may publish — and the rules differ from one to the next. Storzu applies each set at the platform level rather than leaving it to you, so these have their own pages.

Questions service businesses ask

Can clients book without calling or messaging me?

Yes — that is the point. You publish your services and when you are available, and the client picks a slot that is actually free. The back-and-forth of “are you open at 6?” disappears, and so does the double-booking that follows it.

What if I run a queue rather than fixed slots?

Storzu supports both. Timed mode gives fixed appointment slots with a duration you set. Token mode issues numbered tokens for a consulting session — the way most clinics and many salons actually run — so clients get a position rather than a promised minute.

Can two people book the same slot?

No. Slot capacity is enforced server-side, so a double-booking cannot be created even if two clients tap at the same moment. You can also set capacity above one where you genuinely take several people per slot.

Can I block off holidays and days I am not working?

Yes. Blackout dates take a day or range out of availability entirely, and your working hours control the rest. Clients only ever see slots you would actually accept.

Is appointment booking free?

Appointments are not a paid add-on — they work on every plan, including Free. Storzu's Free forever plan is ₹0 — list up to 10 services, take 30 bookings per month with COD or direct UPI, and pay no per-order commission. A busier practice moves to Growth (50 services, unlimited bookings, ₹199/month).

Do you charge a fee per booking?

No. Storzu charges no per-booking commission on any plan — it is funded by subscriptions, not by a cut of your work. Where you collect payment online, your payment provider's processing fee applies as it would anywhere.

I am a doctor, advocate or CA — is this suitable?

Yes, and those practices have their own pages because their professional bodies restrict what a practice website may publish. Storzu applies those limits at the platform level rather than leaving them to you. See the practice pages linked below.
