What Storzu is

Storzu is a website, storefront and business-operations platform for small businesses. A business can publish a branded website or online store, list products or services, take orders, bookings and appointments, accept payments, message customers over WhatsApp, SMS and email, and run day-to-day operations — invoices, inventory, delivery, staff — from one dashboard.

It is built for the businesses that are already selling somewhere less permanent: taking orders in WhatsApp, running a catalogue out of Instagram, or fielding appointment requests by phone. Retail, restaurants, service businesses, professional practices, property, rentals and stays each get terminology and workflows that match how they actually operate, rather than a product catalogue with the words swapped.

How Storzu makes money — and how it doesn't

Storzu is funded by subscriptions, not by a cut of your sales. There is no per-order commission on any plan.

That is a structural choice, not a promotion. Storzu does not act as the payment processor: customers pay by cash, by direct UPI to your own bank account, or through a payment gateway registered in your name — your own Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal or Cashfree account. Money moves from your customer to you. Storzu never holds your sale proceeds, which also means we cannot withhold or delay them.

The Free plan is free permanently rather than a trial that expires. Paid plans start at ₹199/month and exist for businesses that need their own domain, online payments, larger catalogues, staff accounts or automation. Current figures are on the pricing page.

Storzu is a Razorpay technology partner, which is why a seller can connect Razorpay in a few taps instead of copying API keys — the resulting account is still the seller's own, and settlements go to them.

Editorial standards

We publish a large library of guides about building a website, selling online, and running specific kinds of business. Those pages are written and maintained by Storzu, about Storzu's own product, and we hold them to these rules:

  • Plan figures are generated, not typed. Every price, product limit, order limit and credit figure on this site is produced at build time from the same configuration the product enforces. When a limit changes in the product, the published number changes with it — published claims cannot quietly drift away from what the software actually does.
  • “Last updated” means it. Page modification dates are derived from version-control history rather than set by hand, so a date on a page reflects a real edit.
  • We name the plan. Where a capability depends on a plan, we say which plan, on the page where we describe it — rather than describing a paid feature and leaving you to discover the paywall after signing up.
  • We state limits in regulated fields. Some professions and product categories restrict what may be published or sold — advocates, chartered accountants and company secretaries under their councils' conduct rules; food businesses under FSSAI; medicines under pharmacy law. In those areas we describe the constraint and build the controls, instead of implying Storzu removes it. Compliance remains the business owner's responsibility, and we say so.
  • No invented proof. We do not publish customer counts, revenue figures, testimonials or awards we cannot substantiate. If you do not see those numbers here, that is deliberate.

If you find a claim on this site that is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it: support@storzu.com.

Where Storzu works

Storzu works worldwide, with currency-aware stores and orders, and sellers can connect their own payment provider where it is available. A number of capabilities are built specifically for India: UPI payments with a payment-proof workflow, GST invoicing with CGST/SGST/IGST and HSN/SAC handling, and storefronts in eight Indian languages — Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi and Bengali — alongside English.
