Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the Storzu platform. All Vendors must comply with this policy. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and vendor website.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not publish, host, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
- Infringes on intellectual property, trademark, or copyright rights
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Contains personal information of others without consent
- Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Violates export control or sanctions laws
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Platform to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Disrupt or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or other users' websites
- Sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained goods or services
- Engage in pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing scams, or Ponzi schemes
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from other vendor websites without permission
- Circumvent any security measures or access controls
- Use the Platform for cryptocurrency mining or resource-intensive automated tasks
4. Prohibited Products & Services
The following categories of products and services are prohibited on the Platform:
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Weapons, firearms, or explosives
- Counterfeit or pirated goods
- Gambling services (unless properly licensed)
- Adult content or services
- Products that violate applicable trade regulations
5. Enforcement
Storzu reserves the right to investigate and take action against any violations of this AUP, including but not limited to:
- Issuing warnings to the Vendor
- Temporarily suspending the vendor website
- Permanently terminating the Vendor account
- Removing offending content without prior notice
- Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement
- Pursuing legal remedies
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any content or activity that violates this AUP, please report it to us immediately at: abuse@storzu.com
Please include the vendor website URL, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence. We will review all reports and take appropriate action.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Vendors will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
