Terms of Service

1. Platform Overview
Storzu ("we," "us," or "the Platform") is a technology platform that provides website creation and hosting tools for merchants and vendors ("Vendors"). Storzu is solely a technology service provider. We do not sell, manufacture, or distribute any products or services offered by Vendors on their websites hosted through our Platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account or using the Storzu Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
As a Vendor using the Storzu Platform, you are solely responsible for:
- All content, images, descriptions, and information published on your vendor website
- The accuracy of product or service listings, pricing, and availability
- Compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
- Obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and registrations for your business operations
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds
- Tax collection, reporting, and remittance as required by law
- Ensuring your business practices comply with consumer protection laws
- Data protection and privacy obligations concerning your customers' personal data
4. Platform as Technology Provider
Storzu provides website creation technology, hosting infrastructure, and related tools only. We are not a party to any transaction between Vendors and their customers. We do not:
- Control, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any Vendor's products or services
- Process payments on behalf of Vendors (Vendors integrate their own payment gateways)
- Verify the accuracy of Vendor content or business claims
- Assume any responsibility for Vendor-customer disputes
- Act as an employer, agent, or partner of any Vendor
5. Prohibited Content & Activities
Vendors must not use the Platform to:
- Publish illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
- Sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained goods
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing activities
- Engage in fraud, deceptive practices, or misrepresentation
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Vendor accounts that violate these prohibitions without prior notice.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Storzu, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, your Vendor website content, your products or services, your violation of these Terms, any dispute between you and your customers, or your violation of any third-party rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TYCHHO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Storzu's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Storzu during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
Vendors retain ownership of their content. By using the Platform, Vendors grant Storzu a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute their content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services. Storzu retains all rights to the Platform technology, templates, and branding.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Storzu may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your vendor website will be taken offline. You are responsible for exporting your data before termination.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
